I broke out the Halloween decorations last week and now our house is sufficiently spook-i-fied (I even spooked my blog header). Oahu even gave us some gloomy, rainy, windy weekend weather, too! We added a beach bonfire in our backyard, s'mores galore, and a scary movie---and the perfect October feel has been achieved!
My orchid (that won't bloom dagnabbit!!) became a haunted forest:

How cute are you! :) glad you're feeling spook-ified!
You did a great job decorating. The only thing I have done is buy two "huge" bags of candy. You know how this neighborhood is with treat or treaters.. . . zillions. I love seeing all the little kids in costumes. Twick or tweet! Some of them are not old enough to talk but dressed so cute. Hugs.
cute erin! i have yet to do this to my house.
i grew up in ohio, so i always feel like i am missing out big time here in California when "Fall" comes. it's just not the same! but i love all your halloween decorations, and how cute is your little dog!?
your house looks so cute! I love the added vampire fangs to the framed pic :) And the blog header is adorable! And last but not least........the puppy with the pumpkin and the puppy dog eyes..ahh! cutest thing ever
aahahahaa. i love frankenstine. that's my favorite decoration. and swede's pumpkin. he better carry that thing everywhere.
Love the decorations!
I know what you mean about seasons. Fall is my favorite season, but I definitely don't get to experience it to the fullest in Southern California. But I can't stay away from fall fashion!
